Are The Large Government Contractors LT Shorts?
The Russia/Ukraine war is largely a drone war.
A $500 drone can take out a $2 million tank.
A $500 drone is far more cost effective than a $300K hellfire missile (missile plus launching unit).
Meanwhile, the large Government contractors make a living off of high cost, highly inefficient weaponry. How are RTX (RTX), Boeing (BA), Lockheed Martin (LMT) and Northrop Grumman (NOC) not LT shorts? The U.S. can’t expand NATO in perpetuity. The Contractors are not going to cannibalize their expensive products with low-cost, high output weaponry. It would seem the large Government Contractors are prime candidates for disruption.
