Claude Code and Codex as Product Development Force Multipliers
If your Product Development organization did not become 100% more productive in 2025 compared to 2024 (as a result of leveraging Claude Code and/or OpenAI’s Codex), as measured by shipped code, bugs fixed, etc., you have the wrong people leading Product Development and the wrong developers.
