Core CPI Remains Above 3%. The Fed Won't Wait for 2% To Lower Rates.

Core CPI was 3.4% and will remain stubbornly above 3% for some time. The Fed however will likely begin to lower rates well before Core CPI hits 2% as we wrote earlier.
