Fintech and Info Services M&A

Factset (FDS) is an obvious target for S&P Global (SPGI). However, I don’t know if SPGI knows how to go hostile if that is what is required to get a deal done. ICE is another obvious target as is LSEG. CSGP would also make sense for SPGI. SPGI needs a motivated CEO however to get these deals done.
