Free Tool: Edgar SEC Filing Watcher
I built an opensource “Edgar SEC Filing Watcher”.
The script I built will automate some of the data maintenance for CEORater. I decided to opensource the tool. It is free to use, just download the script from my Github page and run at will.

The way the tool works is a user would simply load a list of tickers and run the provided script in terminal. The script will return those tickers for which there was an 8K and/or DEF 14A SEC filing.
The output is a Webpage summary with company name, date of filing, type of filing, and a link to that filing (screenshot of partial output below).
