Gen AI Tipping Point

We recently wrote that the Gen AI infrastructure build is occurring at a rapid pace, however, how will we know if Gen AI capability is being leveraged by end users?

• When OpenAI, Anthropic and Google deploy LLMs that power autonomous AI agents capable of writing software code, we will have reached a tipping point for Gen AI (my guess is that this type of LLM will arrive in 2025 or 2026).

• There is a shortage of high quality software engineers. Significant ROIs will be generated when part of a large Technology company’s code production process can be executed with Autonomous AI agents. The first companies to benefit from autonomous AI agents will be OpenAI, Anthropic and Google along with Microsoft, AWS, Meta, Cohere, xAI and Mistral to name a few.
