Global Payments to Acquire Worldpay: Too Little Too Late

My comment about GPN acquiring Worldpay is “too little too late”.

Payments is a scale game. The legacy payment companies ought to have positioned themselves over a decade ago when Apple (AAPL) and Google (GOOG) were making noise about payments, to say nothing of PayPal (PYPL), Block (XYZ), Stripe (private), Plaid (private) and others.
