I Would Not Touch Okta Or Any SSO Company
SSO Tools and Password Managers are an obvious target for hackers given that they are centralized repositories of valuable password data.
Okta messed up big time when it stated that its recent cyber breach only affected 1% of customers when in fact it affected 100%. I would not invest in any SSO company, particularly Okta, which could not have been more wrong on this core issue. Not only did Okta fail to prevent the breach, it failed to correctly report on it. Founder, CEO Todd McKinnon should resign. Hopefully shareholders will vote with their shares.
