More Headcount Reductions Are Coming
Many Software CEOs and CFOs are going to make another round of headcount reductions before the end of the calendar year.
Most Technology companies - Software included - carry too much fat. Given that interest rates remain “elevated”, and given the macro-economic uncertainty, headcount cuts are coming as companies work through 2025 budgets.
These headcount reductions will likely be announced around the time of Q3 earnings releases.
