MSFT: Where Is Copilot Pro?
It is interesting that Microsoft ( MSFT 0.00%↑) no longer breaks out Copilot Pro in its filings.
MSFT reported on Copilot Pro for the first time in its March 2024 10Q when Copilot Pro was mentioned three times in an effort to generate Gen AI hype. Copilot Pro was also easy to find in Microsoft’s 10K (MSFT is on a June fiscal year).
However, there is no mention of Copilot Pro in MSFT’s September 10Q. The reason in my view is because Copilot Pro is underperforming. Copilot Pro is rife with errors. The user experience is not where it needs to be (HERE).
