OpenAI and Anthropic IPOs Incoming?
Feels to me like the IPOs for OpenAI and Anthropic are coming soon as I am not sure how much longer either company can continue to pull the wool over investors’ eyes and perpetuate this AI valuation bubble. Both GPT 5 and Claude Opus 4.1 are breathtakingly stupid, each making incremental improvements over the previous generation models despite a 10x increase in build costs.
Further, I don’t trust Sam Altman as far as I can throw him, nor do I trust Dario and his bullshit $37 billion 2027 Revenue forecast (up from Anthropic’s current $5 billion revenue run rate), nor do I trust Larry Ellison and Oracle’s shady corporate culture which helped perpetuate the fraudulent OpenAI deal announced on Oracle’s recent EPS call.
