T2D Pulse and LLM Usage Update

For those interested, we primarily leveraged Anthropic’s Claude model family (Opus 4.1 and Sonnet 4.5) when building T2D Pulse over the past several months. Google Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 3.0, GPT 5.0 and Claude Opus 4.5 also played supporting roles, with Opus 4.5 and Gemini 3.0 helping with code refactoring and UI enhancements over the past several days.
My view is that Gemini 3.0 is the best all around model. If the model’s use of language was not so clunky, I believe that Gemini 3.0 would steal a majority of GPT 5.1’s users. By “clunky” I mean that the model’s use of language reminds me of someone who is socially awkward and has a bit of difficulty conversing.
I’m splitting code time between Gemini 3.0, Claude Sonnet 4.5 and, as of today, Claude Opus 4.5 with its release. Not sure how this may change over the next several months. I would love to see Anthropic (Claude’s owner) and Google merge.
