Time to IPO Anthropic and OpenAI

VCs know the AI Bubble is about to burst. That’s why we are now hearing about Anthropic and OpenAI IPOs.

VCs are not willing to do higher valuation multiple rounds, so time to sell the story to public investors. We mentioned that an IPO could be coming as an exit strategy soon back in October HERE.

At the end of the day, both Anthropic and OpenAI will be acquired as their respective business models are too capital intensive. Better off for both inside of a strategic acquirer such as Google (GOOGL), certainly Anthropic. Expect Anthropic and OpenAI to tap the equity markets regularly so long as lofty valuations remain. Let’s see how quickly private round investors move to exit each company.
