We turned the CLI tool that we built to automatically retrieve SEC filings into an application.

It is free to use.
It’s easy to use:
sign up (it’s free),
sign on,
create a ticker watchlist and select the type of filings you wish to retrieve,
select whether you wish to retrieve SEC filings over the past 1, 7 or 30 day period (based on a 7 day week, not business days),
click green “fetch filings” button. The application will retrieve the filings, label them by category, and include the link to the source filing in the return.
Sign up, then sign in:
Click “Open Settings” to build your ticker watchlist:
Add your tickers:
Select the type of filings you would like to retrieve:
The output looks like this (below). The red highlight appears because we configured the tool to highlight management changes as we use this tool to automate our CEORater data maintenance. We will eventually enable users to customize this configuration as we further productize the offering.
