What Andreessen describes here as it relates to Musk allocating 5 minute chunks to every xAI employee is hard work. This approach seems it would be superior to formal Op Reviews insofar as information exchange is concerned. Op Reviews as I have experienced them typically consist of a GM presenting to the CEO and CFO once per quarter.
