I believe that NVDA has the best Semiconductor CEO, perhaps the best CEO in all of broadly defined Technology given NVIDIA’s ability to deliver innovation year after year.
Good question. I would guess “yes” given that NVIDIA is responsible for complying with USG licensing requirements regarding exporting product to international markets, including China. In addition, NVDA’s Chief Security Officer David Reber is based in Leesburg, VA, a city I know well, which is next door to D.C., McLean, Reston, and Arlington VA. If you were to throw a baseball in that general area you would hit the house of a Government employee or contractor. Also, given the fact that NVDA powers the frontier LLMs it would be foolish of the USG to not build a relationship with NVDA/Huang.
