What Do Your Employees Think of You?
It’s a simple question for CEOs: “What do your employees think of you?”
Every CEO should have an immediate answer to this question. If not, you are doing something wrong.
If employee opinion of you is low, fix it or you won’t last long as CEO.
If your employees love you, you are golden.
If you don’t know where you stand with your employees, you have work to do. Lots of it.
